Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC)

The Massachusetts License to Carry permit class is for residents and non residents of the State of Massachusetts.  One will be able to carry a firearm in the State of Massachusetts without any restrictions!

As a non resident of the State of Massachusetts, you'll need to renew this permit every year.  In addition, you will need to go to Chelsea, MA for fingerprinting and a picture.
