Looking to legally carry in Massachusetts? Our Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC) Certification Course is designed for both Massachusetts residents and qualified non-residents seeking to obtain a Massachusetts pistol permit.

Unlike many other states, Massachusetts generally does not recognize out-of-state concealed-carry permits. Possessing a Connecticut, Florida, Utah, Pennsylvania, New York, or New Jersey permit alone does not authorize you to carry a handgun in Massachusetts. To lawfully carry in the Commonwealth, you must obtain a Massachusetts-issued License to Carry (LTC).
