Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC)

The Massachusetts License to Carry permit class is for residents and non residents of the State of Massachusetts.  One will be able to carry a firearm in the State of Massachusetts without any restrictions!

As a non resident of the State of Massachusetts, you'll need to renew this permit every year.  In addition, you could be asked to go to Chelsea, MA for fingerprinting and processing of your application.
