REGISTRATION, CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW & REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS
Payment Terms:
Payment is collected in full at time of registration. We do not hold spots. It is on a first come, first served basis.

Refund Policy:​
All sales are final. Majeed Guns & Firearms School, LLC does not offer any money back. We have a no refund policy. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. However, we do allow for exchange, rescheduling and store credit.

Cancellation Policy:
Unfortunately, last minute student cancellations have become an issue at Majeed Guns & Firearms School, LLC. As a result, we are now enforcing the cancellation policy (same as above refund policy) that we have been very generous about the last several years.
​
When we contract with instructors to teach, it is based upon student numbers. When the student cancels at the last minute, we cannot cancel the instructor. This creates a business issue that could force cost increases in future classes. We do all we can to keep our costs down.

By registering for, scheduling, or purchasing any class, training program, appointment, service, or other offering from Majeed Guns & Firearms School, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. NO REFUNDS
All payments are final and non-refundable. Majeed Guns & Firearms School, LLC does not provide cash, credit-card, debit-card, or other monetary refunds for customer cancellations, scheduling conflicts, failure to attend, late arrival, failure to complete a course, change of mind, or failure to satisfy licensing or application requirements.
Your payment reserves a specific seat and commits instructional time, staffing, facilities, equipment, administrative resources, and other expenses on your behalf.

2. FAILURE TO ATTEND / NO-SHOWS
Failure to attend a scheduled class does not entitle the registrant to a refund.
A registrant who fails to appear for a scheduled class without timely rescheduling remains responsible for the full amount paid. The customer's absence does not constitute a failure by Majeed Guns & Firearms School, LLC to make the purchased training available.

3. RESCHEDULING & STORE CREDIT
Although payments are non-refundable, Majeed Guns & Firearms School, LLC may permit an eligible customer to reschedule for another available class date or receive store credit, subject to availability and the terms communicated by the School.
Rescheduling or store credit is offered as a customer accommodation and does not create a right to a monetary refund.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for attending the class on the date, time, and location for which they registered and for reviewing all registration confirmations and instructions provided by Majeed Guns & Firearms School, LLC.
Failure to read a confirmation email, forgetting the class date, scheduling conflicts, transportation issues, work obligations, illness, travel, or other personal circumstances do not convert a non-refundable registration into a refundable purchase.

5. LICENSING AND PERMIT RESULTS
Payment is for training, instruction, administrative services, and/or other specifically purchased services. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, payment does not guarantee that any government agency will issue, approve, or maintain a firearm license, pistol permit, credential, or other authorization. Government licensing decisions are outside the control of Majeed Guns & Firearms School, LLC.

6. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Before completing payment, the customer acknowledges that the applicable class or service is subject to this No-Refund Policy.
A customer's failure to attend a scheduled class does not mean that the purchased service was unavailable or not offered. Customers who have a legitimate billing concern are encouraged to contact Majeed Guns & Firearms School, LLC directly so that the matter can be reviewed.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights a consumer may have under applicable federal or state law or the rules governing the customer's payment method.

7. SCHOOL CANCELLATION
If Majeed Guns & Firearms School, LLC cancels a class, the registrant will be offered transfer to another available class date or another remedy as required by applicable law.

8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing registration and submitting payment, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to this Registration, Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy, including the requirement that ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
